Highly recommend this store. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and regardless of how busy they are, they provide support with purchases and queries. Good range of music and dvds. Even hard to find or obscure titles we have searched for before we have discovered at this shop. Staff are usually knowledgeable and the Manager was very helpful with a particular dvd set we requested. Good specials and offers.

I can't say I'm overly impressed with JB Hifi.

We were told when they came into town they were the place to go for all of the brands. So we did and have done a few time's since. But we are in the older bracket age group and have found they are more happy to help the younger people that go in. It always seems a little strange to me that we are left standing when a younger person follows us in and they are asked if they need help before we are?
I would think the younger you were the more you would know about these sort of things? I just found myself floundering around a few to many time's needing help and there was no one to help? or asking for help and was told yep in a min, Im just busy with this young 20yr old hot chick!! I know that probably sounds derogatory but that seems to be the attitude I got for some reason?

i go here first to find what im looking for they have the a big range of dvds and music and games and lots more i realy have to go to more then one spot to fine what i want and if i cant find it someone alway shows me where it is

This is my number one fav shop for all things computer/tv/games/dvds/cds. Always great prices, and some really good specials! Customer service is good, even when busy. Staff are knowledgeable about their products! All around a great place to shop.

The service is fantastic and the staff actually know what their talking about! If i need any electronic stuff i always go there first as i know i'll get what i need, only downfall is the wait in the queue sometimes, otherwise awesome.

when my boyfriend and i need advice on a product or want to look for a movie or game we always go to jb hi fi as their staff are always happy to help and very knowledgeable on all the products.
