Avoid! They destroyed an expensive rug I gave them to dry clean. First returned it stained and pile all pulled up. I gave them a chance to fix it but they bleached all the colour out and gave it to me smelling and damp, completely ruined. Owner won’t take responsibility Or compensate and 6 months later I still don’t have an outcome or my rug back.

I had to take a favourite jacket in to get repaired as the zipper had broken. I had sourced a very chunky looking bullet proof zipper from elsewhere and wished to have my jacket modified to accommodate this, as it was a very different zipper to the original. The lady here was lovely and very helpful, she checked out the garment and told me how she could do it for me, I was reallyhappy as it was a very customised thing that she was doing and I appreciate her effort. Highly reccomended.
