The store itself is perfectly fine. However I was dismayed by the salesgirl/counterstaff. The female was rude & unattentive.
Her knowledge of the products, I was interested in, was limited, and she seemed at pains in answering any of my enquiries. When I complained that she was rude, she was rude again, this woman made no attempt to calm the situation at all. She then tried to speak down to me and asked me to leave when, I had items in my hand, that I just wanted to purchase, and get out of there. She was rude again when she told me to get out. At no time did she genuinely try to connect with me, she seemed very uninterested, indeed.When I said I would like to complain to the manger she said that she is the manager. So now, I have no choice but to leave this review, here, as there does not seem anywhere further to go, to complain. If indeed she is the manager I think she must have been sleeping when she covered public relations 101, when and if she has studied that subject, at all.

Jacksons has a great range of drawing and other artish supplies. The staff are friendly and willing to help you find what you're looking for. They stock a good selection of pens, markers, brushes, paper, mounting board, modelling clay etc
