I was here for my boy ‘ allegy injection today, it was our 5th or 6th time, we walked in as normal, told the reception that we r here for injection as we did last few times. The reception asked what kind of injection, I replied allergy injection, normally it was done by the reception, they r qualified nurses. I told her my boy’’ s full name. She asked again, I replied 3 times. Then she still repeated asking the same questions, became very impatient, finally we went to our GP, Dr Zhou was very nice, but the nurse refused to do the injection, that was completely fine with us, but I want to know the nurse ‘ name in order to avoid her in the future. As we have to be there once a month. But she refused to tell us the name. I got a feeling she was very unhappy woman, I totally understand the current situation, she has to work under COVID 19 period, but it was not our fault.

The clinic overall is good but I had a bad experience with Dr Xiong Tan also. I went in with a really sore throat and so he took my blood pressure and gave me a medical certificate and said "Have a nice day" I couldn't believe that he didn't even ask me what I came to the doctors for! Unbelievable....

So he reckoned I had a cold so I ended up going to another doctor and turned out I has pustulles in my throat and needed antibiotics, so not only did he not ask me what my issue was, he also got the diagnosis wrong!

Strongly agreed that Dr Xiong Tan is an unprofessional and inexperienced doctor. My workmate has the same problem with this doctor and vowed NOT to see him again. If I may suggest, see another doctor if you can.

Dr Xiong Tan is the most unprofessional, inexperienced doctor I have ever been to! The first time I went I left in tears after being completely ignored and the second time I got put with him after telling reception never to put me with him again I had Chronic Sinusitis and he didn't even check my temperature or listen to my concerns. Will never go back and have made a formal complaint with the medical board.

Good clinic, bulk billed which makes everyone life definitely easier. Service is a bit slow, we always have to wait at least 30 - 40 minutes to be attended by a doctor; however, once you are in with the doctors they are very good at understanding what you need, providing good results as well
