We have had three aircons installed, all going great. Our new washing machine required a new motor and this was ordered promptly and the repair technician was polite and efficient. Will use this company again.

Going to be waiting over a month for them to fix our air conditioner that they installed and damaged a pipe in the main unit and it also has a gas leak. Customer service is non existent and the manager is the worst calling my husband a liar that they have called us not us having to call them all the time days after they said they would call us back another company happy to take your money but not fix something that they installed wrong we have more air conditioners to go into our house but definitely won’t be with Jj kerrs

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Our washing machine sat in their work shop for two weeks before anyone realised that the part had not been ordered. Contacted manager for explanation. Was simply told 'can't turn back time' and lowering the cost of our repairs due to the inconvenience incurred was not an option. Three weeks after taking our machine in we received the invoice in the mail. It was posted on Friday the 22nd of May. No one had contacted us to inform us that a machine was ready to be picked up. More time gone without our washing machine. Will not use this company ever again

I went here to order new parts for my fridge and got my part for as quick as possible. It was cheap price range for items. Only thing that wasnt that great was the service was a little bit dissapointed.

totally agree with you here. not only are the staff rude and lack customer service but the service repairs are simply a joke. complain to the owner and get spoken to like dirt and told find someone else to repair you stuff. Nothing like the old JJ Kerrs refridgeration. Would never spend a cent with this company again.

The people who are in the office are very rude and needs to be retrained for Customer Service and manners. I had a Air Con put in and the contractor they had hired to do the work didn't install it correctly so I had to have them in my home for another 2 times to get it right. A very unorganised and rude local business that I wouldn't go to again!
