Have used this business several times for my investment property. Used for my house prior to putting on the market and then again for prior to settlement. I said while booking they had done work for me several times before and they had just done this house. Asked if it was dirty (I just told you that you'd just cleaned it?) and tried to quote me more than the last visit. I found dirty hand marks on my freshly painted walls. And no loyalty for a customer who has used them repeatedly. Don't recommend.

I booked a carpert cleaning job over the telephone making sure I booked a time which was After dropping my kid off 2 school. It would've been 10am or 9.30am. The guy apparently came at 9am while I was doing school drop offs; when I got back home, I waited and waited & then ended up having 2 ring the company back in which they sent back the owners son 'Jason'? who arrived at my door with no greeting, no 'hello', no smile & quite obviously chewing gum... I was very friendly & invited him in, I proceeded to show him the carpet & areas in need of steam cleaning - he then quoted me a price over $100 which was much higher than the quote I got over the phone initially. I argued that that wasn't what I was told over the phone & why has it become more expensive? He proceeded to argue with me & declare that my carpet was 'dirty' & he couldn't guarantee that he would be able to remove the stains in the carpet. Even with no guarantee of a complete clean, he still charged me higher than the initial over the phone quote; when I argued or debated this, he then attempted to negotiate with me by lowering the price. What I disliked the most was his rude & blatent Attitude. He was extremely rude & in the end (after arguing with me & repeatedly proclaiming that it would cost because my carpet was dirty)... Isn't that the reason u call Carpet Cleaners in the 1st place? because your carpet is dirty!!! He then shared the assumption with me that "oh you wouldn't be happy, I know you wouldn't like the job I do", In the end He said to me 'your not going to like what I am about to do' and then he left! Walked out! No Apology for any misunderstanding, no goodbye... I have never felt so disrespected & been treated so rudely by any company before in my life. So Unfortunatly I do NOT recommend their services & I would never ever use JMEL Carpet Cleaning ever again! the guy who came (Jason) was extremely rude & didn't seem confident in his job / career ability / capabilities.

I used this business to have all the carpets in my house steam cleaned. Geoff arrived on time and got the job done efficiently and in the timeframe that he specified. Price charged was reasonable. Friendly service and would use again when I need the same service done.

Have had my rugs & lounge suite steam cleaned the past two years with JMel. I've referred friends and they've all been very impressed with JMel. Better results than any other steam cleaner I've ever used.
