Absolute worse customer service I have ever come across anywhere in the world.
They never contacted me after I dropped my computer to to be fixed. I had to chase them on the phone for 2 months and when I finally gave up and went to retrieve my computer they had destroyed it.
It took them 3 weeks to admit to it.
I tried to negotiate with them a replacement computer but the one they gave me did not work so I returned it...
I contacted consumer protection who have been trying to negotiate with their manager Theodore Hasslasher but he has refused any attempt at conciliation. He promised us a cash payment as compensation but never acted upon it.
He is now ignoring my phone calls and emails.
My only option now is to take them to the magistrates court to receive compensation for them destroying my personal property. Oh and by the way this saga started in January....
Do yourself a favor and stay well away. I can't believe a business where the manager acts that way is still running...
