First visit the dentist recommended a preventative treatment which should have raised a red flag as it’s never been mentioned as a concern by any other dentist and I have not needed any fillings yet in over 30yrs. I assumed they were just being exceptionally thorough. The following visit they said I needed a filling because I hadn’t taken the prior recommended treatment. Something didn’t feel right so I went for a second opinion at another reputable dentistry practice who assured me I had absolutely no decay at all (just a stain) and the recommended preventative treatment would not have prevented a filling in this location anyway even if there had been decay. Either they’re incompetent or just money hungry liars.

The only reason I’m giving them 2 stars is for the lovely hygienist who was very gentle and did a good job, and their visually pleasing facility.

I had a broken tooth in two places. I was able to get an appointment in 2 days and asked to arrive early. When I arrived I received a tour of the building and what they offered. I was introduced to the staff. Staff were friendly and provided options for having my tooth fixed. I was able to get a temporary filling until I had time for something more permenant.
