I absolutely lved staying here. The service was second to none. The room was fantastic and the view was great. However, I didn't get much sleep in the room we stayed in as we could hear all the noise from the restaurants below and the very noisy patrons from the lounge bar next to the restaurant. Our bath also leaked so our romantic soak didn't last long, then when we pulled the plug, the water came up out of the floor drain and flooded the bathroom. That was unexpected, especially for the price you pay. Apart from those 2 minor things we really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back. Hopefully in summer next time so we can enjoy there gorgeous pool which we admired from our window.

One complaint over priced. New facilities are great / room renovations however they charge you for it.

The valet gentlemen were so friendly and the concierge were super helpful in helping to plan our itinerary and book in our activities. The outdoor pool and spa area was nice and relaxing and the pool layout was large enough that though the pool was busy it wasn't too crowded. The room that we stayed in was spacious and had views of Perth cbd and the river. While the room decor was a little outdated it was still in excellent condition. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would use them again.
They were doing renovations in the foyer which were noisey and could be heard from our room.

It is way too overpriced here. The facilities are good and the surrounding area, however i think for the price the rooms should be of a higher standard

Didn't dine. Stayed overnight on a renovation special. Room was superb. Comfortable and luxurious. A pleasure to stay.

We enjoyed our stay there a lot! All staff were friendly and helpful, and its location is good! Lots of entertainments around and nice restaurants within. Now that we lives in Perth, would recommend it to all friends and family that come visit!

Excellent hotel - good service, spacious rooms. Staff were attentive and will ng to assist in anyway. You will find cheaper hotels in Perth but few that are better.

We loved our stay here, from the moment we arrived we felt relaxed. The staff were friendly and helpful and our room was wonderful. I loved the comfortable bed and the room was very clean.
