Just wanted to let everyone know a note of thanks for the very efficient processing of my order with these guys. Their advice emails and next day delivery was unexpected and most appreciated. Although I wasn't home the day of delivery, the courier service came back the next day. This is my first order and I will most certainly be using them again. The website made identifying my needs and ordering very easy.

Dont be fooled. Its all to rosy and full of promise and big "back up" statements, but you find out just how good a business is when you have a problem with their product. had endless problems getting refills to work consistantly, they would not. Long story short, customer service fell well short to a point where they would rather hang on to your money paid and argue with you rather than satisfying you as a customer.
If you use them good luck, I hope you dont have problems with the product.

This business is fantastic. In the early days , if your printer ran out of ink you ran down the road paid through the nose from some disinterested sales person.and as likely as not pick up a parking fine on the way out.Now thanks to Ink Jet Wholesalers, I order and pay within minutes on line and receive them the next working day. FREE SHIPPING too regardless of order size. They also sell good quality generic brands at a fraction of the shop price.
