Unprofessional behaviour

I was quite dissatisfied with the Harris Park parlour today. I asked Sushma, one of the Harris Park branch's employees, how long she stayed open on Thursday, and she said until 7:30 p.m., so I scheduled an appointment for 6:50 p.m. today. The shops were also closed when I arrived at my appointment time. This is a really unprofessional behaviour. They should have told me before they had to shut down, at least. so that I don't have to drive all the way from Fairfield to Harris Park
I simply want to ask that whoever owns the business pay attention and, at least, stay open till the stated hours.

I had the pleasure of having a facial from suwati was professional and engaing. My facial were so relaxing, I think I have fallen sleep. My skin was so soft and glowing. Thank you.

The service was good, easily find the place, close to harris park CBD and railway station. The prize was bit high compared to the value of service.
