Incas is no longer in Newtown and is now located in Darlinghurst. It is a Peruvian restaurant located at 71 -73 Stanley Street, Darlinghurst NSW 2010
I cant say I am all to thrilled with it. A main and a entree is $50 (known as 'option 2') but if you want a drink with it, be it a soft drink or coffee then that is known as 'option 3' and that is $60. In clearer words, they charge $10 for a cup of coffee or soft drink!. I cant get past that fact even though the food was nice.

i loved this restaurant's food and the lovely service despite the wait that you have to face there but what makes you love it more is that this wait is due to all the food being prepared from scratch when you order it
