Had my whole house done by Impact Blinds some 7 years ago and they did an amazing job , so much so that after all this time they still look brand new. Very impressed and highly recommend

Really should be zero stars. Arranged a measure and quote 10 days ago for 2pm today. Got a phone call at 2:10pm from an employee who informed me he was obviously running late and for some reason he found this funny as he was chuckling. I asked why he hadn't rung half an hour ago and he said he didn't know half an hour ago (which isn't the case as he was at the showroom and I live half an hour away). Needless to say I declined waiting a further 30 minutes for him to (maybe?) show up for the measure and quote. Really? Such bad customer service and this was before I'd even given them any money. Can't imagine how bad the process must be once they've taken your order.

Happy with the customer service when they came out and did a measure and quote, as well as the installation guy. The curtains did cost more then other places but I was happy to pay bit more at the start as no question was dumb for them. However the curtains took forever to be made, I'm also not happy with the make you can clearly see all the joins on the curtains making them look cheap. If I was to get curtains again I wouldn't go back there.

Service was great until we complained about the faulty product. Now Impact Blinds Co not interested in helping. Apparently it is normal for sheer curtain fabric to be wrinkled. New Manager very unhelpful and not interested!!!!! Lets see what consumer affairs think.

Great value for a good quality blind. Lots of variety, we purchases timber venetians and roller blinds, both were good quality with lots of colour choices. Installation was quick. Be prepared to wait up to 4 weeks for custom sizes to be delivered though.

product was as described,good service,friendly and helpful staff.Slight wait for blinds due to having them made to order but still produced product in the time they said it would take.
