They sent out a tech to diagnose a problem he said we had a leak and charged us $235.00 they then sent out another tech to fix the problem who told us that it was not a leak but the EV coil and they had to get the part in but charged another $265.00 now we hear they are not coming back to fix the problem
Beware before dealing with this company

Highly recommend Ice Blast & will use again. We had them out to repair one of our air conditioners and service another aircon, as well as fix some electrical wiring for an outdoor sensor lighting. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and very happy to have them in my family's home. Great service - thank you.

We found ice blast air conditioning online via www.iceblast.com.au. Submitted enquiry online & heard back from an actual tech in no time (not some useless call centre!). Had them out to repair our lounge aircon and also got a quote to install new aircon unit in the bedroom. Very knowledgeable techs, & ended up going with an energy efficient unit which will save me money in the long run. Super helpful, friendly and reasonably priced.
