Yesterday I rang Honda tec for the first time and spoke to Steve.I explained that my windscreen wipers on my2013 Civic were making a clunking sound with every downward movement after I had accidentally put my hand in their path while they were operating.He told me to call in when it was convenient.
It took him about three minutes to discover that the nut holding the right wiper arm was loose and after tightening it and replacing the cover it was fixed. I asked him how much I owed him and he said No Charge. Thank you Steve.

The Guys at Honda were great. They are very well priced and I thoroughly recommend them for rwc and bike service.

big rip offs was given different quote once work was done, i wasn't happy with the price it was too expensive .

The Hondatec guys are great, as a female i don't feel there taking me for a ride and feel very comfortable with them fixing my Honda, there great for advise on any question you ask them and seem to have any spare part i need.
