I cannot recommend this place, their process is shocking. They are fast but so rough- scrapping my cuticles hard until it hurts. Forgot to use base coat. She had started painting my toe and only when I asked, she took out the base coat and applied to my other toes...didn't bother to redo the one she already started. That's just sloppy and lazy work.

Same with my fingernails...she filed them and then proceeded to smear the filings all up my arms with hand lotion using her gloves...so she couldn't feel anything but I felt it all and it was gross. No cleaning in between steps, just such bad technique throughout. And forgot base coat a second time - had to ask for it. Could not relax at all. Never again.

HORRIBLE SERVICE The staff was rude, either yelled or grunted at me, my acrylics look rushed and messy with nail polish all over my finger tips, and when staff was 'finished' ran straight to the back room where I could hear staff giggling to another staff about the customers and making fun of them. Will NEVER be going back, poor quality and poor customer service.

Absolutely the most worst service and attitude ever!!! Paid $110 for a so called manicure/shellac and pedicure/shellac and got the most rushed service with only the cuticles taken off hands and feet. Nothing else done but got grunted at instead of asked to swap hands or feet. When question what happened to my pedicure and manicure I was told I can finish it now if you like ( after taking my money) I have had better service in other places Only giving them 1 star other wise it won't summit this!!!!

Not the greatest. Had difficulties explaining my sore cuticles ( before treatment). Very fast application of an ok standard. One lady in there was good, just not mine. I would say cheap and cheerful

Absolutely terrible. Went there because my usual place was full. Customer service was terrible, when I walked up to the counter the staff was too busy putting lipstick on in a little mirror so I stood there fit about 30 seconds waiting to be acknowledged. I found my nail technician to be quite rude towards me on top of this. I got shellac and after four days if was peeling off! So I called to tell them about it and asked to come back in to have my nails fixed (seeings I paid $30 4 days prior) to be told that they can fix it but I have to pay another $30... Because they only guarantee for 2 days! Worst $30 ever spent, my usual place is much much better, do a better job and are much more friendly.

RUDE RUSH JOB. Patchy shellack. Previous nail polish wasn't taken off entirely around my nail bed. Was told the colour I wanted was "finished". Turned out they were too lazy to get up and get it when I requested it a second time. Spoken to like I was a total inconvenience!!! I won't be back. Worst $30 spent ever.

By far the worst customer experience I have ever had. Very unprofessional, terrible communication skills, and extremely rude. Don't bother with Hollywood nails Ringwood. Never again ! if I could rate them a zero star I would ..enough said.

I just got my eyebrows done at this store , and I must say I'm not very happy , my eyebrows are un even , and they don't look good at all .
