- $4 jug of water charge
- play equipment needs to be cleaner
- charge charge charge, i'm surprised they don't charge you to sit down
- Equipment is getting older, clean it or update it, train rides, oh it comes around as much as the train from mel to perth!
Do i hate it, NO, is there room for improvement YES.....
A clean, inviting play center for all ages. I like how they have a proper designated dining area. The train rides are awesome and at no extra cost. Toddlers area would benefit from some new toys that actually work, but a majority of the toys are working. The bouncy castle is massive, allowing parents to go on with their young. The staff have been beautiful and the price is really reasonable
This play centre has a lot of potential, but unfortunately the equipment is starting to show wear and the staff are generally quite slow. I have had orders never delivered to the point where they were removed from my tab upon leaving and settling the account. Coffee is very ordinary too. It's a shame as it seems with the right management the place could be great.

Impressive service and quality. Great customer service. Kids loved it and we had absloutly great time.
I found the service lacking, with our ordering coffees and 20 min later having to go remind the staff to make them. Pricing in the cafe is rather expensive.
I agree, the service is very slow & bad, prices are expensive and at many times had to remind the staff of my orders. The toys and equipment are old and need replacing. The train ride is good, when the staff can be bothered to work it and the equipment overall needs major cleaning & dusting & maintance..
The food is overpriced, but not much you can do when you can't take your own. The set up is good, lots for the kids to do and lots of open space to run around. You can see the kids from wherever you are in the centre.

the play center is great but the staff can do with some training in customer service I HATE being ignored especially when you have kids carrying on like monkeys! when you want to order hot drinks and food some staff just ingnor you. acknowledgment is great! Craig does this all the time its called customer service i find that the staff cant be bothered once the owner walks away! considering that the cafe makes most of the profit i think that they need to improve in this section as I've had many other mothers complain about the same thing.
