my wrist watch needed a battery change on a day when I was in a hurry. So despite their high price ($16) and unlikely explanation that since my watch is a good watch it requires a good and expensive battery I seek their service. The woman who served me asked me for the payment even before she provided the service to which I obliged (a big mistake on my part). Then she opened up my watch and declares that she does not have the right tool to close it again telling me to take it to another shop right down to the bottom of the shopping center which apparently is owned by her as well. Please note that this shop is on top of the shopping center and I was in a hurry. These days I get it changed at half the price from Andre jewelers.
