Have been twice and was attended by a Dr. R Lee(once for a general teeth clean and second to have a splint made). On both occasions I must say she was very professional. She also provided tips and informative information on the state of my teeth/gums which I've never received from other dentists I've visited in the past!
The only negative experience was when they were supposed to call me advising me of when my splint was ready for pickup. After 4 weeks I had to call them up myself(i have heard from others that the their splint only took a few days to be made).
