The phone is NEVER answered during the day. I can only imagine how much business they are losing. When you walk past on a Saturday it's never open. I have tried calling numerous times, I live locally and the concept is there but the management isn't going to get it right with this attitude. In fact I called only 10 mins ago. 1.50pm on Friday 9th August and yet again the phone was not answered. I was not going to bother saying anything but thought why shouldn't I let people know. Work a little harder to get the rewards. Being a beautician will do you no favors and I will make sure I tell,as many people I can to avoid them due to your complete non care factor. I can only imagine what your services are like if this is what people's first impressions of you are before setting foot inside your business. Here's a hot tip... Answer your phone!
