Recently I emailed Heathebraes expressing my concern at the poor quality of the fillings in pies and sausage rolls that I'd purchased.

One of the best pies stops in Australia, so full of meat and pastry is to die for.
Well done on the customer service, store looks amazing as well. A nice to dine in on a long road trip.

The pie , steak and mushrooms was tasteless, meat was really a fine mince and the mushrooms had no discernible flavour. Coffee was very poor bitter reflecting poor beens and milk. Price point over 12 dollars for to high for quality provided

Our usual stop when on the road between Sydney and Queensland. Cannot beat the choices on offer at Heatherbrae's pies. Lovely slices and cakes, most definitely the best Chai Latte around. Look forward to stopping everytime we are on a road trip.

When driving from Sydney Airport to Shoal Bay I kept seeing advertising for Heatherbrae pies. Naturally I needed to try one when I reached Heatherbrae. Really enjoyed it. I think many other people do too as the shop was busy.

Great location. So convenient having a drive thru. Great products (especially their coffee) at affordable prices.

The staff here are lovely. Coffee is divine, and its in such a good location. The drive through makes in so convenient. Our favourite products are the pies!

The pies were really tasteless and thick pastry. I love a good pie and was looking forward to it but was disappointed. They were really busy inside and service was good but no flavour or saltiness at all.
