Now clinicallabs. Usually great service except avoid the blood collector at the Hawthorn Centre 80 Belair Road. She is very moody and rude. I have been there on two occasions with my elderly parents. She rushed them through and her room smelt like food. Very unprofessional when patients are already feeling unwell.

I am a regular here, and must say that the laides do a great job taking blood, they are always friendly and good for a chat. I have never had to wait too long either, make sure to grab a number though anyway.
