As I was quite specific with what I wanted in a health insurance policy Daniel immediately told me of the best one.
One that I had not even been able to locate even though I had already researched the providers website!

I made an online enquiry to wanting to compare Health Insurance.... I hit enter, received a link to compare some Health Covers, clicked on it and, my phone rang. It was Adam calling me, to discuss my enquiry.

After answering some questions about my current Health Insurance policy, and some pertinent questions about my current requirements and future requirements (for the next 2-5 years) Adam did a comparison between my current coverage, and other company's coverages.

He came up with another company that was going to save me $10 a month and increase the benefits paid substantially (eg Optical: Current $180 benefit a year; New $300 a year, and better Hospital Coverage, with full Ambulance)

I was impressed that within 20 minutes of clicking online, I was talking to someone, and had a better deal - less cost, more benefit! and with 30 minutes, I had better Health Care Coverage!

Really helpful guy called Wade found me a way better deal on extras health insurance. He was very thorough and took the time to listen and make sure he found what suited my particular needs. It was quick and easy to make the change. Wish I had done this years ago (but this service probably wasn't around then).

I dealt with Nick and he was very easy to talk to and answered my questions with no hesitation. I did not realise what my cover was not covering me for like hips and knees etc should I need this down the track. You never know. I think everyone should look into what they are covered for and what not and for how much. It is amazing how companies put very little dollars that you can claim back on everything. Thanks to Nick I now am covered for much more of what I need, or may need and have peace of mind. I loved the fact that it was easy, simple and not stressful or demanding.
