I have had a facial and some waxing with Natasha who is one of the nicest, friendliest and genuine beauticians I have had the pleasure of meeting. The Aveda facial is relaxing and instead of leaving the room while you have the face pack on, Natasha massages your head and feet as a little extra. Really relaxing and great products too.

I only entered this salon on account of their awards. I was offered no beverage, and felt rushed. The girl spoke far too much, in fact recounted her entire life story, of which I had to politely nod and grunt to. She over-thinned my hair! As a male, I don't appreciate to be made looking like I am prematurely balding. She then refused to use straighteners at the end, telling me this was an extra service. What a joke. The cut was overpriced too, and in boring old Camber Hell I'd rather go anywhere else.

Despite reading the reviews on this website I took the bold step of having a haircut at Heading out. And I was in no way disappointed. The hairdresser took the time to really understand what I wanted (a short cut easy to style) she took me through photos and keep checking that she was clear about and understood the style I was looking for. As she cut she consulted me on how short I wanted to go, and talked to me about how my hair would fall and how she thought it would look. I would recommend this salon.

Really long, really expensive, really disheartening. I had one perm rinse and a hair cut. it took 3.5 hours and i was left at the basin for 30 minutes with wet cold hair. They forgot my name again and again and i was confised for another customer at one stage. Unbelievable that after all that, i was charged $220.00 for what could have taken one hour. Wont be back and wont recommend to anyone.

I tried this salon because I read that it had won awards. I was VERY clear that I wanted an elegant, professional look, a very slight trim and a few warm blond foils. The girl that did the cut completely ignored what I told her and did a razor cut that looked appalling and was inches shorter than I wanted. The girls that did the colour also ignored me and put in a mass of silver grey foils that made me look as if I was going grey. The whole thing was horrible - and it took the next hairdresser 3 cuts to grow out some of the razor slashes - there was one patch at the back that was just a few millimetres long, nestled in the rest of my hair.

Had a cut and colour at this hairdresser. It cost almost twice what I have paid elsewhere and I did not get what I asked for. Disappointing after forking out over $200!!! I was there for almost three hours and I found most of the staff to be quite snobby also.

Approximate cost: $240
