I am very happy with the prompt and efficient way theysettle claims . The Optical and dental cover as well as fitness classes are excellent.

not happy had a claim for travel insurance waited 3 months for a lady to ask fo more information ...they are just too busy to get the job done i think they have 1 claim officer.

I got dental cover to go with my hospital insurance,so cheap and I have used more than my premiums at the dentist.Couldn't do without it,thankyou HBF.

did not phase them when i asked for the locationof medicare (even though i was a customer of theirs) went out of there way to locate me to medicare no trouble no w orries well done gary

I am a member for the last 5 years and had a baby last year. Their service was excellent with no fuss. They met all my costs as promised in their brochures.

I have been a member of hbf for 10 years, i rarely make any claims. Last september i fell and severely fractured my arm. I needed surgery and spent 5 days in hospital. Thanks to hbf i have not had any out of pocket expenses . I think my surgery and stay in hospital cost around $10K.
