I recommend HBA learning centres to everyone! I recently completed a Cert IV in TAE with Julian he was very thorough and the course ran very smooth. The knowledge Julian has is second to none along with his helpful nature.

I have been recommending HBA to work colleagues and friends even before officially receiving confirmation of completing the Cert IV TAE!! The course content is thorough and informative, providing the learner with sound underpinning knowledge required for training and assessing. HBA Admin and Training staff have been helpful and supportive throughout the process. I am looking forward to updating to the new TAE qualification with HBA as soon as it is available.

I successfully completed Cert IV TAE with Julian as my trainer. His knowledge of the subject was impeccable, his professional approach made the course easy to understand and quite enjoyable. I would highly recommend HBA to anyone wishing to undertake this course.

I recently completed TAE40110 Certificate IV in TAE through the intensive method of delivery which was facilitated by Julian. We had quite a diverse group of participants in our course and Julian did an amazing job at catering to all of our needs and finding a way to make the course engaging and lively for all of us. His motivation, encouragement and support throughout all stages of the course was fantastic and I would not hesitate to recommend HBA and Julian to anyone looking to study.

Julian as an facilitator/instructor was fantastic/superb, he went above and beyond his normal hours of duty to help all learners during my course on Cert IV in Training and Assessment.

HBA's electronically compiled workbooks, learner guides and additional teaching materials are very high quality, relevant and easy to navigate through so the review/ submission process was easy and stress-free. I have thoroughly enjoyed this course & would highly recommend the Intensive course for busy people! I particularly enjoyed meeting & studying with a diverse group of course participants who came together for 5 days of intensive learning. There was much sharing across the 5 days by participants of their individual workplace 'stories' & life experiences which, I feel, added an extra benefit layer for choosing to undertake the Intensive course.
