I just completed my Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE-410).. I have to let people know that the tuition was of particularly good value to me. Having done the mixed mode (which included an initial face to face attendance and then completion online) , I found a little tuition toward the end helped me get over some hurdles that were holding me back from completion. The trainers were very supportive. I highly recommend taking up an offer for tuition! Thank you HBA!

I completed my Diploma of WHS intensive training course at the HBA Learning center at Helensvale, Queensland two months ago. The course was a good blend of pre-course and intensive course learning and the material provided was excellent. As a result of the great training myself and the class received, I was offered a position as a WHS adviser/trainer.

Tania is a fantastic trainer, she has an exceptional ability to relate on many levels and solid industry knowledge which makes it easy to grasp the content. She was very precise and firm with her teaching style it gave me a sense of quality training and value for my money.I was fortunate that my fellow learners were great guys and serious about learning, this formed a great dynamic and environment to study in.
I came away seriously thinking that I attended the best course ever and I got a lot out of it. If I down the track and consider a Diploma I will definitely want to attain it through HBA and hope Tania is the trainer.

I recently attended the Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety Intensive Delivery program at Nundah. My Trainer was Tania McMillan. Tania went above and beyond what was required for Cert IV level. Tania shared her on-the-job experience, extensive knowledge and expertise which was more insightful and easier to process than straight theory. We were also given many opportunities to share and discuss our own personal industry experiences.

I recently enrolled in the Intensive delivery module of Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) at HBA Learning Centres' North Sydney Training rooms. The course was delivered by two instructors Kim and Neil. What I liked best about the course was how the instructors delivered the amount of course material in such a short time and were still able to meet everybody's needs. Both Kim and Neil are very good Trainers and I'll do another course with them in a heart beat. Perhaps HBA should consider extending the course for a couple more days so its not rushed in certain sections.

I enrolled in the TAE40110 Blended Delivery Course. This course far surpassed my expectations. The blended delivery model suited my learning style and needs perfectly and I would recommend it to others with prior high level education & who are fast learners. Neil was a superb facilitator. I expected the course to be quite dry but he was engaging and motivating. Neil adjusted the pace to suit our group and I am pleased with what we achieved in the time. I thoroughly enjoyed the course. Don't let their low prices fool you! The quality of their courses are super high! I finished Cert IV in Training and Assessment, feeling inspired and confident that I'd learnt so much. A friend recommenced HBA to me and I couldn't thank her enough! Customer services were very helpful. Workbooks and forum were great. Trainer, Ashley was always available to help and made the whole learning experience enjoyable. Highly recommended.

I completed my Cert IV Training & Assessment online with HBA. It was the best price, no attendance needed & I could complete it at my own pace. I needed it quickly for a job application and completed it over the Christmas break. Great forum, submitted assignments & videos or me presenting for the practical component. Excellent if you have some experience, might be a bit more difficult for complete newbies to the subject. Customer service was fair, I had some frustrations with work not being checked off so keep good records, but great price if you need the qual in a hurry & certainly does provide detailed, current course content. Discounts for doing more than one course, specials offered on courses.
