I have had an amazing experience doing the intense delivery cert IV in training and assessment. The classes were both fun and interesting. The HBA assessor Julian went above and beyond what was required, he was approachable and reachable 24/7 .He explained everything clearly and gave step by step teaching and instruction.
I would definitely recommend this course if you are trying to get ahead.

I enrolled in the WHS Cert IV and have no hesitation in recommending HBA Learning Centres because they are so helpful and professional, from the first contact with Customer Service right through to the help available when doing the online components and then finally the quality of teaching, patience and help received from the trainer if you are doing the face to face component. One word.......AMAZING!!!!!!! And all at the best possible price around. To everybody involved, I can't thank you enough and would not dream of going anywhere else for my training needs.

I completed a 5 day intensive Cert 4 in Work Health and Safety and found the course intense but full of quality information that was relayed by a very qualified and knowledgeable trainer Carmen Yates. I absorbed much information over the week and I now have the capacity to search , find, source materials to further my WHS aspirations. I would recommend this course to any person aspiring to pursue a future in WHS.

Great to see HBA Learning Centres putting an experienced young man on there front line. Julian was energetic, passionate and keen to teach and share his knowledge. I really enjoyed the course and his teaching skills and training ability are something for his company to be proud of.

I finished my Certificate 3 in early childhood education and care recently and I'm so glad I chose HBA over all other online institutes. HBA trainers gave me the right assistance and helped me alot throughout my course, especially Jessica, Sandra and Tara.
