I have just completed Cert IV WHS with Julian Defrancesco as the facilitator (North Sydney). Extremely well run, efficient, on time, and clear content delivered in an easy to understand and friendly environment.

I was very happy with HBA Learning Centre at Helensvale and would highly recomend this RTO to any new learners.

I recieved excellent support from the start with there customer service department and flexibility of dates to start course.

I even got one on one to get me up to speed with the basics of getting over the technology hurdle before the course even started.

And then ongoing support due to my unique situation at the end to complete my TAE Training and Assessment all within a month.

Completed the TAE40110 qualification with Julian Defrancesco as the facilitator, and it was a seamless and extremely efficient and well delivered program. I have recently completed the Intensive Delivery Cert IV in Training and Assessment with Julian Defrancesco.
First impressions of Julian exceeded expectations during the face to face delivery. Julian made the intensive delivery feel not so intense but achievable and kept everyone on track within time frames required.
Julian was an amazing help with completing the after course component around my high temp work schedule. His willingness to help with after hours study was outstanding. I felt he was available at all times and I didn't get that usual hesitation to call for assistance that I have experienced with other learning centres. I would highly recommend any of the courses offered with Julian Defrancesco. You are guaranteed a highly motivated facilitator.
