Having just attended HBA's TAE 40110 led by a highly organised, talented & supportive trainer, Julian, I would recommend this course to my peers without hesitation.

I attended TAE40110 in training and assessment recently. My trainer was Julian De Francesco. Julian was polite, attentive, and remained professional throughout the week. Although this training was intensive, and I had no idea of much of the terms and lingo, Julian explained things to not only me, but the entire class in plain understandable terms. I would highly recommend this trainer, and this course.

I just completed the 5 day intensive with Julian D in Cert IV in Training and Assessing in Newcastle. Intensive by name maybe but not so much by nature! It was definitely full on but this young bloke knows what he's talking about and delivers the course in a language that even me (a truck driver) could understand. I would highly recommend this organisation, this course and this assessor. I will definitely be taking my learning further with this organisation and I will request to be in Julian's delivery, well done and thanks heaps HBA.

I have recommended HBA to lots of people based on my experience. Their trainers are so helpful and responsive and seem to really want to see you succeed.

I thoroughly enjoyed the course and feel I derived immense benefit from it. My facilitator Megan was extremely helpful, charismatic and most importantly she was very approachable. The aim of her teaching was to impart the wealth of knowledge she possesses in an easy to understand and engaging manner. Megan definitely knows her stuff! The course really fostered a productive and supportive learning environment. I selected the face-to-face intensive delivery mode. However, as previously mentioned because the course was delivered in such an easy to understand way it really didn't feel intensive. Rather, it was enjoyable and so much fun. I would most definitely recommend this course.
