We bought recently range hood and gas cooktop from this store and could not fault . Kirsty's knowledge and service is excellent. She is honest when it comes to product reviews. We have purchased nearly everything in our house from Harvey Norman spanning over 30 years. The recent purchase was for all new kitchen appliances for our new kitchen. They had almost almost everything in stock & orders one item to be delivered at a later date. They gave us free delivery due to size of order. They made suggestions on our purchases that were very much appreciated. The 2 staff we had serving us were fantastic, one Justin the manager, great prices thank you & Leigh who was dillegently getting everything organised for a seamless order & delivery etc ..polite & went above & beyond.
We thought we'd look at a slightly bigger tv than we already had while we were there. We came away with something so much more expensive & bigger than planned but they showed us the many options & the quality product we left with is awesome. Thank you guys.
