I had a terrible time dealing with this company.

We requested that the company take a look at our broken sprinkler system. We had expected a quote, but instead, a lot of work was performed without our approval.

Shortly afterward, the issues with our sprinkler system resurfaced, and it was clear that the work done did not solve the problem. When we called the company to discuss the issue, we were told that the company was interested in talking to us about it and would not fix the problem.

In summary: the work performed did not fix our issue, it was done without prior approval, and the company was rude and unhelpful in dealing with the problem. A very poor experience.
