Happy inn makes a mean Szechuan Chilli Calamari and a mouthwatering Black Pepper Fillet Steak that tantalizes the taste buds and is good priced too. prompt service and consistent.

I like the decor, the staff and the menu. It is also in a good location. Some of my favs are the steak chow mein, long soup and the calamari is usually good for a Chinese place. Fair pricing too.

Nice and clean restaurant, the food is great however I find the staff to be a bit rude and they don't really take time out to talk or to ask if we need anything, but other then that it is a good quality place if you want yum Chinese!

I eat here alot as its fresh and tasty. Its not the big sloppy sauces (unless you get chow mein ) that you usually get. Nic clean, fresh food and great service. I love the beef and black bean. They are also very busy and the inside is massive and well appointed.

We have enjoyed the food at the Happy Inn for many years, both in house and takeaway. Quality and service is particularly good as takeaway. In house service has always been mixed with a rushed feeling .

this is a pretty good chinese restaurant if you want to sit in for a birthday party or other get together. I felt that over all they were too expensive though so if I want takeaway I would not go here

The service is good, and if you dont book the waiting time is not very long. The food is so tasty and you get loads on the plate. The best Chinese food in Penrith.

It was easy to park, we were seated and served efficiently. The staff were friendly, even though it was quite busy. There were complimentary peanuts on the table. The food was good, even though it wasn't a huge menu. It had a good selection of different meals.
