Just rang up to book a clean, because it had been a year they wouldn't do it and then did the hard sell on getting other work done due to an outstanding filling. I understand my teeth are not perfect however don't guilt and shame me over the phone and be so rude about it. If you care so much about mouth health over money why not let me book in for clean and when I can come back for the filling. Instead you berate me Very poor form and due to this both me and my wife will no longer be going there.

I wouldn't recommend this business at all. There is always a frequent high turnover of dentists and other staff, for that matter. There appears to be poor staff morale? I found management in the past to be unhelpful, [redacted name] made false promises, obviously hadn't checked in with others first. Poor communication in this regard and no poor protocol to rectify things.

Went here for a checkup and was told they were running 30 minutes late, they offered me a coffee or tea and apologised to me personally. They had a severe lack of decent magazines. They were pretty much all Better Homes and Gardens or other gardening/home magazines, not very good for a 25 year old female, although they did have a small TV in the corner. Got into the surgery and all was well, although dentist not very friendly at all and neither was the dental nurse. Had to make another appointment for a clean due to them being busy, which meant I had to turn up for work late to fit it in the next week, even though I'd already had to finish work early for this appointment, so I was not very happy with that. Saw a different dentist the second time who was very friendly, and only had to wait 2 minutes.
