They are always up to date with current trends & are always extremely knowledgeable when it comes to their products. My favourite hairdresser in mackay! The salon has a great atmosphere, great coffee and everyone does an amazing head massage, the staff are wonderful and im always happy when I leave. Shane and Christine remember your likes and dislikes for your hair and always give great advice towards the look you want, resulting in me leaving with my own unique cut and colour everytime. Each visit at hairway feels like a very personal experience. I have great confidence in the juniors that apply my color because of the superb outcome everytime and the visible training on the floor between seniors and juniors. I haven't been able to go anywhere else since my first hairway experience!

An absolute pleasure from the time I walk through the door of Hairway. Staff are cheerful & attentive from the newest junior to the Seniors. Nothing is overlooked & I feel totally relaxed in their company. My hair is beautifully coloured, cut & blowdried- always.

All the staff make an effort to know your name, great smile when your in the salon. Sometimes my requests are complex but they somehow make it work. I have full faith in the team & I trust that I'm not going to leave the Salon with a look not Happy with or that the Stylist isn't happy with. This is genuinely one of my favourite places to spend a few hours.
