Was going here for a year and spent close to $1000. I good was told to keep coming and that id eventually see results and that I wasnt at the full strength laser yet as they were gradually increasing it. One of the beauticians was honest finally told me that I probably wouldn't see any further results and I shouldn't come back. 18 months on and there's no difference in my Brazilian or armpit region. I wrote an email to hair free about this and never got a reply. Don't waste your money here.

Ok. I've been going here for a while for hair removal for almost 12 months. There always seems to be new staff replacing a beautician that's quit (?). Hairfree does do special deals, one of which I bought for my sister that ended up having quite a bit of fine print that came with it which made it a deal that I wouldn't have wasted $100 purchasing. I was having Brazilian and underarm treatment but have since stopped as Hairfree seems to add on charges for things I believe should've been included in the original price. Looking elsewhere for a place with less "fine print" and more experienced and accommodating staff.
