Beyond expectation. Great value for excellent service. Colors chosen were perfect and all that was discussed before, was applied, I felt I was listened to. Very happy customer, will return. Atmosphere was great too.

Excellent service. Absolutely love the imaging Lauren did for me. Simply love the colours, the style cut and the friendly service. Would definitely recommend Lauren and her team. A very relaxing atmosphere and the cuppa goes down a treat.

the personal attention you get with these guys is great. the head hairdresser knows her stuff!!! friendly atmosphere. and value for money. im not going anywhere else. i found my hairdressers!!

Never before have I had to sit in a chair for over an hour after my appointment time before the hair dress gets around to attending me. i was not the only person kept waiting this long either. Not only was this bad enough, but I was then charged over $30 more than I was quoted the day before. I was not told before the service that the charge would be more so was left high and dry and had to pay. I was not given a written quote so had no recourse.
