GSR Carpet Cleaning uses professional equipment & qualified technicians, who take great pride in getting you the best possible result. We do prior inspections & answer all your questions. We only use bio-environment chemicals and offer protective treatments for your carpet.

Many of our customers want to know the difference between Dry Cleaning and Steam Cleaning:

Steam Cleaning or Hot Water Extraction – This is a new way of saying, a hot water cleaning solution is applied under high pressure and is forced into the carpet and then sucked out of the carpet. This method is referred to steam cleaning although steam is not used.

Dry Cleaning or Bonnet Cleaning – This method involves the application of a cleaning solution onto the carpet, which is then agitated onto the surface of the carpet by a specially designed pad in a rotary motion. There is less moisture involved in this process, therefore making the carpet dry within 1 hour.

We recommend people to go with Steam Cleaning, for the following reasons:

· Vacuuming cleans the first layer of the carpet

· Dry cleaning gets to the second layer of the carpet

· Steam cleaning reaches the third (bottom) layer

However we are currently unable to service all suburbs within our 50 km radius of service for regular, scheduled cleans (for example on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis). We are Currently serving regular house cleaning in Inner City Melbourne, South East Melbourne, Bay-Side Melbourne and Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

I do leave in Interstate for my work. My house in Narre Warren was abused by tenant. Real estate is very good for inspections; But they failed to do last few rental inspection. When Tenant has to leave the house; They left house in extremely bad condition; and Provided me BOND BACK Receipt from cheapest advertising Trapped Cleaning company and Advised us that all required work has been done. All Walls were extremely dirty with by Kids painting and finger prints. Shower was So mouldy; Even Bathroom Sealing has mould. Carpet has so many Stains.
I am really thankful to GSR Cleaning Team to Bring Back My Loved House back in Same condition after worked full days with 3-4 cleaners; Sure it did cost me from my pocket by Bad Tenant. I will sure Recommend GSR Cleaning Services for End of Lease Cleaning by House Owners.

GSR are efficient professional skilled and always on time. Commercial grade cleaning for our home. We are so pleased that we chose GSR. All of our surfaces shine and the vacuum cleaned our carpet like a dream. Steam cleaning then made it look almost like new. We will get GSR next time for sure.

The company went above and beyond to clean our house for us. They booked us in for the wrong day, but they rectified this by having cleaners come to the property at 5am the following day to make sure it got done in time for our bond inspection.
The house was flawless!
