Carly and her team were so professional and caring, nothing seemed too much trouble. After listening carefully and asking the right questions she arranged the most beautiful send off for our mother. It was personal and we felt reflected what our mother would have liked, from the music to the kind words. Several friends commented it was one of the best funerals they had attended.

My mum died here in Melbourne and she wanted to be buried at home in New Zealand. So we called other Funeral services who had advertised the ability to repatriate family members to their home of origin, and we were not impressed with their responses. Therefore, we called a company in NZ who we used to receive mum at that end and he gave us Carly's details. She was kind, patient and very knowledgeable. She is also very accommodating and was able to get all the paperwork needed, prepare and present mum beautifully, and have her ready for her final farewell. If you want to send your loved one home to their birth place then I would sincerely recommend Carly and Greenhaven Funeral Services.
