Couldn't be happier. I use my car for work, so I was keen to have little down time as possible, I was told it would take three days but they'd try to get it done in two. It was ready for pick up in about 1 3/4 days!
The price quoted was far less than other quotes, and ended up costing exactly what they said, no hidden extras.
Even the quote process was so much better than their competitors, Greg looked over the car, asked a few questions about what was to be included in the repair, and gave me a price on the spot. The deal was sealed with a handshake and a signature. Others wanted the full range of my details, complex paperwork and a price emailed to me at a later date.
I recommend GP Smash Repairs to anyone.

The job was ok, and price good. Too bad it had to be ruined by whoever was driving my car.

the car was left there overnight for some small dint repairs:

- Had half a tank of fuel when i put it in there and when i got it back i only had a quarter left. Someone probably took my car home home.

- my average fuel consumption on the digital dash was showing 10.5Litres/100km and when i got it back IT WAS AT 40LITRES/100KM!
thats an average, the car must of been absolutely thrashed to be able to have that showing, and the dash is working correctly because when i started driving home the numbers started to fall

-Because it was thrashed so badly it now runs REALLY rough and on startup almost died after idling for a minute, its never done that before and now i hear a knock in the diff and smell a burning oil or something smell when i'm driving.

-Tires have less tred on them compared to when i first went in

-Showed the guy and he just said he didn't know what liters per 100km meant and that he didn't understand. Asked why it now has a quarter tank of fuel missing. All i got was no we wouldn't do that but no explanation and palmed it off as i didn't know what i was talking about.

Hope the little joy ride or whatever you guys did to my car was worth the business you loose now because of the reputation you are going to get, or you probably already have. I wouldn't recommend anyone take their car there after this happening it might end up costing me a lot of money.

Was looking at selling my car after it was fixed although now i might have engine issues that need to be fixed. This could cost me a lot of money.

cheers.
