The customer service has deteriorated over the past year. Staff cut-down means you wait to be seated for "table service" but all you get is delayed inexperienced waiters who don't even smile and you have to help yourself to plates, cuttlery & servilletes. The food is brought in good time but you never see the waiters again to ask for anything else. Forget about asking for water and you are sure to have to get up & go to the counter to pay the bill. We'll never go back to GPK. The prices are an outrage for the level of service. Yes, there's plenty of room for improvement but they are not listening!

Food is average except for the Saigon Pizza! Service is excellent. They attend to you quickly. Good to dine when there are children. Convenient location.

There pizzas are always fresh tasting and not greasy. Worth the extra money you pay, although pricey. Kids are provided with an activity book and lump of dough to play with while waiting. Can get very busy, but service is still good. Takeaway is the same price as eat in, but always as fresh as eating in.

Excellent cleanliness. The staff swiftly supplied pencils and colouring in books along with a lump of pizza dough each for my kids to play with while waiting for the food to come. The pizza was very high quality, but largely too exotic for my taste. Overall pretty good.
