Walked out for the second time. Other Asians came in after me and got served straight away. Pathetic that a person sits there unattended for 15 minutes.

The queue used to be long but not now. I'm not sure what happened but it could be due to their recent $1.00 increase across the menu prices. Hey, if that's true, it's pathetic. I for one will keep coming. I always order Seafood Stir Fried Rice Noodles. Nothing beats it. The noodles - more than enough. Fresh prawns, squid, fish, mushroom, carrot & greens - plenty, swimming in a brown savoury sauce.

I have been eating at Gourmet Noodle House for 5 years now. I always order Combination Beef Noodle (Large) @ $10.90 & 3 Colors (a cold dessert) @ $3.00 - YUMMY YUMMY. Every table gets a free pot of Chinese tea. TIPS: Eat there only if you are not in a hurry or bad mood. Strongly Recommended.

Gourmet Noodle House is located opposite Rodi Professionals Real Estate in Berala. I often come with my friend and her son who live nearby, I always order the Pho Tai for $7, 2 pork chops for $5.50 with rice for my kids and broken rice, pork chop, egg pie, shredded pork and fried egg for $9. If it's busy (which it usually is) food can take up to 20 minutes to come to that table, but the wait time is usually shorter then this. The food is good, but I find the service is really lacking. When you enter inside the Restaurant I find (often) that they have seated diners (say table of 4) on a table usually meant for 8 or more people and so forth, this makes dining here with a large crowd difficult to find seating and increasing wait times. If you have 4 people or less, tables are usually free. Staff have gotten my order wrong a few times, and not brought out the wrong dishes twice to us, think communication is key in this instance.

However food is good, we always dine here as my friend lives up the road, but service needs improving and it wouldn't hurt the staff to smile once in awhile.

Love the pho here. Way more value than anything from North Shore. Their pork chops are GREAT, they go well with your pho. Not only that those taste great they're of extreme value. If this place was any closer, I'd be there every 2nd day or so.

Love their noodle soup, tried their beef and seafood ones they're all great, their crispy chicken and pork chops are near divine.

Highly recommended.

Food is quite good and price is very reasonable. Very busy all the time and well worth the trip. I know some people travel a bit just to come here. A reglar for most asian people in the local area.

My family and I always come here once or twice a week. The staff are really lovely and the portions of the food are always very generous. It really has a family atmosphere about the place and it's a great place for the family to eat for lunch after a good morning of grocery shopping.

The price of the food is great. They can be really busy at times, and the restaurant gets really full, however their vietnamese "pho" tastes great.

the food is not bad, but there are just a lot of food in one bowl...depending on what your order and of course how much food your body can eat.
service is alright. the value is quite cheap.
the restaurant is alright, but it's not on my top list.
