Incredibly unprofessional. My daughter had a confirmed booking. She arrived after taking afternoon off work and fuel costs to be told by the receptionist ( loose term ) the Doctor doesn't want to see you. Apparently the last visit she wasn't happy with you. Absolutely rubbish and outright lie.
The only conclusion we came to was she accidentally missed one appointment A MONTH ago. So it came down to MONEY.
The online booking was made 2 weeks ago and confirmed 2 days prior by text. Then she was very rudely turned away upon arrival. Disgraceful way to treat someone.

Good quality medical service. No long waiting lists - can usually get an appointment when you call. Will definitely use here again.
