The food was alright and they did not take long to serve us. We ordered pasta and pizza, which was really tasty and the thick pizza base was nice and crusty.

My husband and I visit this restaurant at least once a month for a treat. It was recommended to us by a friend who was a regular there.
The inside of the restaurant is not flash admittedly but we go because of the food not the ambiance! It is a good place to go if you have family. There is a small play ground out the side. Again, not flash but at least there is a bit of space for the kids to run about.
The lady at the front desk (sorry, not sure of her name) is always friendly and even remembers what we like to order, which is lovely.
We always order the garlic prawns. I haven't found a nicer garlic prawns any where. It is served with salad, rice and the nicest chips. We always have trouble finishing it all, they have a good sized serve.
The Tandoori Pizza is sensational. The finishing touch is the mango chutney and sour cream on top. The lamb gourmet pizza isn't bad either.
We have also enjoyed the risottos and the ice chocolates (YUM!) Probably won't order the ribs again or the nachoes . They were not terrible but we have had better else where.
Overall this is one of our favourite places for a nice casual meal.

best pasta dishes in melbourne as well as fantastic pizza. My husband is a fussy eater and would never eat pizza until he ate at Godfathers in Altona North. We both highly recommend the food and service.

Always happy with what I get here at Godfathers. A decent pizza combo deal that won't break the bank. The other meals are not too shabby either, the pasta is passable but the cooked mains are sometimes hit and miss. More hit than miss though. But if you were going to Godfathers, I suggest sticking with the pizzas.

Approximate cost: $15

the restaurant was on the back of Safeway's shopping docket. i simply wouldn't eat their if it wasnt 4.95 for the second pizza. the service was just on average, everone that speaks to you has something better to be doing. the pizza wasnt the best so other things were not ordered

Approximate cost: $15.00

the first thing you notice when you walk through the door is that it doesn't look like your ordinary restaurant, you have the choice of ordering your pizza or pastas to go or you could bring your family and sit yourselves down and decide your meals at the table. Service is quick and proffesional.

Approximate cost: $12.00min

Nice pizza place with a dine in restaurant and take away. I have not dined in, only taken away.

When calling up to order before picking up the man on the other end of the phone spoke very quickly (as can happen when you do it many times).

I order Aussie pizzas which turn up above average, nothing amazing, but very good. Service is prompt and courteous and there is seating for waiting for your pick up.
