I Have purchased items on godeals and luckily didn't have any problems like the other people have had.

Products are standard (as expected).

The catch is you have to pay shipping on each and every item so it work out more than whatever the price that is listed

You can wait for the shipping cap and then buy heaps... which is what i did. but its only worthwhile if there is a lot of stuff you want..

I have had a couple of orders from Go Deals - in one of them one product had a loose top and leaked over everything - after lots of complaints they did send some replacement products for those that were ruined, and gave me a refund (initial offer was a Go Dollars credit until I compained that others on the web had reported on that.)
I thought I would give them another go - this time they sent the WRONG order to me - I sent a polite email asking them what they wanted me to do so I could get my package and the other lady could get hers! But no answer - I am now up to 6 emails to them and NO response! The phone number listed elsewhere on the web is disconnected.
Recently they promised to improve service - but it hasn't happened yet. Perhaps they need to sell less items (sometimes they claim 15,000 in a day!) and concentrate on delivery and customer service.

After making over 18! order with this GODEALS I have been waiting over 8 weeks for my last order! They refuse to anwser emails and refuse to give me a refund! never have I ever seen customers be treated so badly! NEVER EVER AGAIN!

I have had the same problem as many people below, I bought an item, and when it wasnt delivered I inquired. At which point I emailed, and was given a credit, instead of a refund. I was after a particular thing, not just a spree. Useless.

Have given 1 star rating because this website requires a rating but they should give the option of no star rating. I personally would give GoDeals a zero rating on everything. I have ordered twice from go deals. Delivery time for both orders was reasonable. First order missing about 18 items. Emailed them and received no response. Second order missing about 22 items. Have emailed them today requesting a refund but don't actually expect to hear from them or get a refund. Would advise that no one order anything from them as to me as far as I am concerned they have a 100% chance of problems.

Terrible and shonky! They constantly leave items out, if you are lucky enough to get a reply to why items were missing, they give you go dollars to spend on more crap in their store! The worst seller on the internet by far and you have to wait 2 months to get your order.

The first time I used GoDeals, they were ok. I purchased mystery ex-AFL gear for the club I support and it was official AFL gear but not to the value they claimed. The second time I bought items, nothing was as descriped by the website and emails to ask for a return, exchange or refund were not answered. Bed sheets did not fit the bed, boys babies clothing was pink and not the brand specified and other items described as assorted turned up to be identical to one another. Friends have not had their pre-Christmas orders delivered. Avoid at all possible costs.

More than four weeks after I placed a $200 order (3-14 business days for delivery???), and after emailing GoDeals asking where my order was, I received an email saying ‘we are waiting for few items in mystery box'. A few days later I received another email - ‘We have ran out of . . . . .. and . . . . that includes in your order and credited the amount for this item in your godollar account for future purchase'. IF THEY ARE OUT OF STOCK, YOUR MONEY IS NOT REFUNDED but you are forced to buy more products from them to get your money back. And although their policy states that they will advise you within 2 days if they are out of stock, ‘to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund', it took them almost 5 weeks to advise me that my items were out of stock and offer no alternative. I had seen the two products they ran out of still being advertised on their site a week after I'd placed my order. These items were the main reason I did place the order and I feel quite angry that they were not put aside while GoDeals waited five weeks for more junk items for the Mystery Boxes I had also ordered.

The Deluxe Mystery Boxes are really a waste of money! The girl's one did contain the little red wagon but included a small cat toy, a pair of shoelaces, a ghastly brown suede picture frame, a cheap showground type jester's hat, an extremely ugly plastic doll and an equally horrible smaller doll. The famous brands and items that ‘your box MAY include' (sporting goods, craft sets, Barbie, Hannah Montana etc.) were mostly thin sticker and colouring books. I mistakenly thought that the Mystery Boxes would contain the toys that were advertised separately on GoDeals' site but I was sorely mistaken. The boy's box was even worse with the main item being a Ronald Dinho figurine and a small Gollum model with sound base and a lot of other useless and cheap small items (colouring book, shoelace, toy drill with half the box missing, a thin plastic Mickey Mouse party mask, plastic library bag and a small paper picture frame) that were certainly not worth $49.99 PLUS the additional postage paid for the mystery boxes.

Only the little red wagon in the girl's mystery box is any good for a gift and really nothing in the boy's box. These boxes are an absolute waste of money! If you must buy from GoDeals and you don't mind waiting a long time for delivery and you don't mind not having your money refunded, don't buy the Mystery Boxes but buy items separately so you know what you should be getting and you won't be wasting your money on a lot of useless junk.

I looked at Facebook to post a warning but noticed that anything negative about GoDeals had been deleted.

Dont even go there with this mob, first they take over 3 weeks to send stuff and its all crubbish they claim items to be valued worth alot more, i and many others got 2 boxes of kids toys and the claim witha value of over $500 it would be lucky to be $50 i wouldnt say one nice word, they are rude dont answer queries the items are not what they described they are all outdated old items, i personally cried when i got mine and 4 friends of mine i recommended were so dissappointed, im now spending what money i have as i feel obliged to give them something as its my fault.
