I have just had coffee there yesterday and it is not my first time, i love gloria jeans throughout Australia, however this place is very small, i never find seats to sit more often and also when i come and sit, it is always not clean enough, service is very poor. But i still love their coffee its amazing!

Excellent coffee and great customer service. Staff are very friendly and polite. Love the atmosphere and the Wi-Fi internet. A great place to hang out and relax.

Very friendly staff, mostly clean store and prices as you'd expect from a coffee franchise such as this. Good atmosphere, wireless internet available and plenty of places to sit and plug my laptop in, and staff were more than happy to turn down the music a little at my request for a place where I could study. A good alternative to the nearby state library.

the coffee is always divine. the best always fresh never burnt in taste. great prices and would always be willing to pay that bit more for that coffee always worth it. staff always friendly and very cool and trendy, love it

i enjoyed something different every single day when i was on a holiday in Vic. it was the best part of my triip!!!!! they have such a large variety of drinks all that satisfy my taste buds. i love gloria jeans!! youv gotta try the hot choc with MARSHMELLOWS, WHIPPED CREAM & SPRINKLES! its the best,

bit expensive but good as drinks. they come up with different types once in a while - definitely fun to try out. the cakes are a bit expensive and as my friend pointed out, look a bit old. otherwise(Y)

I am a big coffee drinker and I believe Gloria Geans charges way too much for coffees!! I have only visited GG's twice because the person I was meeting wanted to go there. Any coffee shop makes just as good coffee

Very friendly service at this Gloria Jeans outlet, you probably couldn't ask for a nicer bunch of folks to be serving you early in the morning when you're grumpy and need a coffee. Ah yes and the coffee and food is always of good quality.
