the staff are really friendly and everytime i go there the level of service is always consistent.You do not have to wait too long for a good cup of coffee

PERSONALLY I DONT DRINK MUCH COFFEE BUT MY HUSBAND DOES & GLORIA jEAN IS ONE OF HIS FAVOURITE COFFEE SHOPS.THE BEVERAGE THAT I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THAT THEY MAKE IS CALLED A "MANGO CHILLER" & IF YOU HAVNT TRIED ONE THEN I SUGGEST YOU DO THEY ARE AWESOME!!GLORIA JEANS HAVE FAIR PRICES & THE COFFEE IS ALWAYS VERY FRESH & HOT.STAFF ARE VERY PLEASANT & ITS A NICE PLACE TO CATCH UP FOR A QUICK CUPPA & CHAT WITH A G/FRIEND OR TWO!!!

The Voltages are brilliant. I never thought I would like coffee beans chopped up so much as I like a Voltage on a hot day. Crushed ice, coffee beans, milk, cream, shot of hot expresso and just sweetness in a cup!

It was a good experience overall, the cookies and cream drink was yummy and i will be going back for more. Location was also convenient in the shopping complex.

Coffee was really smooth (latte) and the staff were very quick whilst maintaining a high level of customer service. Myself and many of my coworkers travel the extra distance from work and bypass other coffee chains on the friendly staff alone.

The staff here not only make a ripper coffee but make the business - its all about service and they always are efficient and friendly which is not always the case these days! Good on the girls there, they do a lovely job and I always grab a cuppa when at Arndale

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Service is quick and the coffee is fantastic. They are always smiling and happy to have a chat while your drink is made. They are always happy to take phone orders which are always ready within 10 minutes.

my favourite coffee place by far. love the environment and the ice coffee mixed in with other stuff (like timtam) is very yummy. the staff are very polite and the rewards system is very good. the brownies are extremely delicous. must try.

I used to love going here. I used to have a nice relaxing coffee every now and then or a beautiful Iced Chocolate topped off with whipped cream on hot days but I just can't anymore.

You see, there's a gigantic group of lazy African men who sit there all day. They make a huge racket, they take all of the chairs from other tables, leaving no chairs for the tables, and sit around one table together. They are extremely noisy and once they finish their one little coffee each, they think they're entitled to the table all day. They also whistle at the women who go past and are completely disrespectful. The owners are pathetic as they never tell them to be on their way or that they're disturbing customers.

I just can't go there anymore. During my last experience, these men were making such a racket (as usual) and my mum went to order for me. They ended up making the wrong drink for me and as my mum waited for them to make the correct one, they asked her "what are you waiting for?" It's pretty obvious! She told them they made the wrong drink and that we'd like the correct one. It was their fault and they're being rude to us??

After this, we stopped going there. They obviously don't want our business and they obviously won't do to do anything about these men. They don't care about what their other customers wants, just as long as they don't offend these men.

Besides that, their drinks are very tasty but can be a bit on the expensive side. Some of their cakes are really nice but I know the bakery they get them from and most of the ones they order are nowhere near the best cakes the bakery makes. But they're very expensive at Gloria Jean's, especially for the portion size.
