The best coffee I have encountered in some time, with extremely friend staff and clean and enjoyable environment. Competitive pricing, average service speed, but it was the excellent and uncomparable customer service that made the visit so much more worthwhile

I think they have good coffee and a wide variety of cakes and pies to choose from. Sometimes they offer good deals as well. It's a good place to relax and catch up with someone. Nice environment, central location.

I went on a Thursday evening and had a coffee and banana bread deal. I have been visiting this place for many years. I was pretty satisfied. But I was really disappointed on my last visit. The service was great however the coffee was bad. It was that bad that I had to go to my place and make my own coffee for my personal satisfaction. Overall the business is good and offers good deals.

Pleasant, great customer service. I was going to gloria jeans, parramatta westfields (in Borders) on a regular basis and was very impressed when the sales assistant recognised who I was as I have been to other gloria jeans stores regularly and not been acknowldeged as a 'regular customer.

Approximate cost: $5 per coffee

The coffee is always kind of burnt tasting. They are friendly people but quite useless at what the actually do. I am very disappointed and wont be back.

Approximate cost: $5.00

Generally go to to GJ, as I have my own GJ Coffee mug, so I get 50 cents off my long blacks. Busy place and has good customer service. Great to be able to tailor a drink, like double shot, or add ice to a coffee, when it gets too hot. Cakes and pastries are good too.

Approximate cost: $6
