I have been a member of Globaltestmarket for some time now, I receive sometimes 10 survey invitations a day.

Up until recently I have found them to be great with their surveys and rewards. But unfortunately, lately, not so impressed. Last week I spent 35 minutes attempting to quality for their surveys and one after the other, after spending about 5 minutes or more on each survey was told I was either screened out or quota full. It certainly becomes frustrating, but what is even worse is when I complete a survey (spending up to 40 minutes doing it) then being told I have completed it and thanked for it, it then says error. I received no points for my time, I contacted their customer service and was told to wait 3 days for a response. It has now been '2 weeks' and I have contacted them 2 more times since then and all I receive back is an email saying we will contact you in 3 days. Customer service is certainly lacking, I have experienced this same issue with them a number of times now.

Also, the survey might state that it will take approx 20 minutes to complete, I have found this misleading as ofter they take up to 10 - 15 minutes longer than stated. I do not feel the rewards offered for your time is really worth it anymore. You now have to accumulate 1100 points before you can order your reward.

There are so many other survey sites that offer great rewards for your time and feel I will probably not continue with Globaltestmarket anymore.

No longer worth my time or effort. Disappointing!

I have been a member for a while now, and I find the surveys come pretty regularly, as long as I keep up to date with replying to them .

I do get screened out of a lot of their surveys too, but this is to be expected.
A great site that has good customer service, ahve only had one issue with a gift card being lost en route and luckily they chased it down and fixed the problem.

I love that they offer paypal now and there are so many choices in what you can redeem your points for, I find my points build fairly quickly.

Never heard of this company, might look into it. Thanks for the review!

I have been a member for a few years, I really enjoy/love doing the surveys for globaltestmarket.

The points do take a while to accumulate especially if you don't qualify for enough surveys.

You used to be able to redeem a cheque if you had 1000 points, but now its 1100 which means you need to wait a little longer.

There are other rewards you can choose from too which is better variety. Though I prefer the cheque method.
It does take a while for it to come in the mail.

The customer service team are polite and friendly, though it always takes up to 2 days to get a response.

Overall I great survey website, with lots of variety.

Very disappointed with globaltestmarket, have been with them for quite some time and never received a response within 2 days. I might received one to say they will respond, customer service certainly seems to be declining.

sorry to hear, I have sometimes not had a response for days too, though if I have not heard by 2-3 days I send them another reminder, the points really do accumulate quick, and I find their surveys are getting better and the points are getting higher. The redeeming process is at times difficult but worth the cheques. Good Luck

I've been a member of globaltestmarket for many years now and I've watched it evolve each year. It use to be that you would just get cheques once you reached 1000 points in your account but now the range is even better again. They have completely revamped their website and now offer gift cards for shops as well as paypal. The clear benefit of paypal is that is far quicker than waiting for a cheque and the money is easily accessible. It's a wonderful site and gives me the opportunity to provide my thoughts on just about everything. It's definately a survey program you can count on.

Hi Mark, is the paypal paid in US Dollars or Australian Dollars??

it converts it for you and you just transfer to your bank.

I have received 2 x $50 cheques in 6 months and only a few surveys away from the next. Surveys pay about 30 to 40 points each and you need 1000 to be eligible for the $50 cheque which takes around six weeks to arrive

Used to use Global Test Market quite a bit (and received one $50 cheque). I continue to receive quite a few surveys from them, but a lot of them now seem to be only to redeem competition entry points rather than redemption points, so it doesn't seem to be very good value anymore compared to a lot of the other loyalty programs.

I agree, it was a good site but now it doesn't seem worth the time.

I am still a member of Global Test Market but no longer really use them as I found that they were not giving fair compensation for their surveys. There are much better rewards programs out there.

I use to be a member of Global test Market but found that I was having problems with their site and was getting screened out far too easily, not happy and wont use them again.

I have been a member for this rewards program for a while and seem to get screened out of every survey they send! I've earnt hardly anything and certainly not enough to claim payment. I spent 20mins doing survey not long ago and then got screened out all of a sudden. When I contacted them to say how unfair that was I got email back saying I didn't complete it and thats why no reward was given. I then got another email saying I was rejected because I'm not a registered member! Obviously neither answer was right and I was not impressed at all. I would not suggest to any-one to join this program. There are better!

overall not too bad. very slow at making points, i seem to do a lot of screen outs, but the surveys are interesting when you do get one. there isn't many ways to earn points other then main surveys

ethan_anderson 22 Apr 2012

Did you manage to get any payout from them yet?

Giiday
You just have to keep going with it, this survey work takes time, i am sure once you are in a bit more, say another 6 to 8 months, the rewards and surveys will follow.
hopefully this helps in some way
