I had a problem with one of their products, which in itself is unusual as the product, the Balanzza digital luggage scale, is an outstanding device. I have used the Balanzza before and it is a superbly made and designed piece of gear. It's just that I bought a new one to replace an old one I had given away (because it was so good, I wanted the rest of my family to use it too) and the new one had a bit of a glitch, so it needed repairing or replacing.

Unbelievably, fast, reliable, friendly and helpful. Could not have asked for more and delivered as promised , with a smile. Explained what I wanted, when(urgently) and where and it was there as promised and exactly the right thing.
